LM305X Key Features
The M305x is a high-performance general-purpose MCU developed by Linkedsemi that
integrates a core with frequencies up to 128MHz. Up to 512KB of FLASH and up to
128KB of SRAM memory are available. Widely used in industrial control, motor drives,
power monitoring and alarm systems, consumer and handheld devices, games and GPS,
electric bicycles, optical modules and other fields.
